Q: What are the sizes of your pendants?
A: The diameter of the large pendants are 1 1/2", the diameter of the medium pendants are 1", and the diameter of the small pendants are 3/4".
Q: What chain lengths can I choose from?
A: We custom cut many of our chains in house and find that 16" and 18" chains are comfortable. If for some reason you are interested in a longer chain, please contact us and we will work with you to see if the length you are interested in can accommodate a certain chain.
Q: Do these pendants or chains tarnish?
A: Our pendants and chains are all sterling silver and therefore do not need to be cleaned often. We do recommend you wear your Colby Davis piece everyday which will help to prevent tarnishing. Using a polishing cloth can further prevent tarnishing and will return your piece to original quality after having worn it for some time. Polishing cloths are available for purchase at your local jeweler or online. Please keep away from silver polish or cleaning solutions, as these will remove the oxidation that was intentionally applied. Finally, we recommend that you refrain from exposing the sterling silver to pools or hot tubs.
Q: How long will it take to ship?
A: Depending on your location, it could take at most 10-15 business days. Please allow 4-5 weeks to receive personalized product.
Q: Can I return my order for a full refund?
A: Of course! We want you to be happy with your purchase and if for some reason you are not, we will gladly refund you within 30 days of your purchase. Please take a look at our return policy under the POLICIES tab for more information.

A: We ship USPS Priority with a rate of $7.95. However, if you need expedited shipping please contact us and we will determine the cost based upon order destination and timing.
