Return Policy

At Colby Davis, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase and stand behind our quality and craftsmanship. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or store credit. You may return or exchange your unused Colby Davis within 30 days of your purchase. Once we receive the product, we will process the return and refund you in the same form of payment that was used for the original purchase. Please note that any monogrammed or custom engraved items are final sales. 

Please contact us for a return address. Along with the returned product, include the Colby Davis receipt and written note with details regarding an exchange or return in the package. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

We cannot accept returns from purchases made in stores selling Colby Davis of Boston merchandise, however the product can be returned to the store in which it was purchased. If the product does not meet the return policy requirements of being unused, unworn or unaltered with original packaging, Colby Davis can reject the return.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.  Please allow
5-10 business days to receive your order of any piece of jewelry without engraving. For delivery of a personalized product, please allow 4-5 weeks to receive your piece
as everything is hand engraved to the best quality.  We will do our best to beat this time frame.
